The Flow

The Flow is about the constant movement of energy that allows harmony and balance in life. It is equanimous and expresses itself in a continuous cycle of expansion and contraction; of release and tension; of openness and closedness; of joyous ease and painful stress. 

Like the easily observable natural states of air and water, the Flow also influences our moods, our emotional states and our spiritual being. We can identify with the plenitude of the quiet breath to the forceful rage of the stormy winds; with the beauty and insouciance of tranquil waters or the supple meanderings of a languid river to the all powerful resoluteness of crashing waves.
