Legends of a Dynasty is a fantasy about the yet unknown histories of my Chinese ancestors from a Hakka rural village in Guangdong Province. I imagine discovering their history engraved on an ancient coin in a museum somewhere. However, until I find out from which of the 14 “sons” (branches) of Liu Guang Chuan Gong is my family descended, the legend will remain in the realm of the imaginary.
